Brazilian Smoothing Service: Wash with neutral shampoo (no conditioner). Blow-dry. Apply the product to dry hair, avoiding the scalp, saturating evenly and combing out excess with a fine comb, strand by strand. Leave on for 35–45 minutes (do not rinse). Blow-dry and brush. Flat-iron in thin sections, 3–5 slow passes per strand, then let hair cool for 10 minutes. Rinse with water only, then apply a nourishing conditioner, leave for 5 minutes, and rinse. Finish by blow-drying as usual.

Volume Reduction / Frizz Control Service: Wash with neutral shampoo (no conditioner). Blow-dry. Apply to dry hair in sections no wider than 1cm, avoiding the scalp. Leave on 25–30 minutes for frizz control, or 50–60 minutes for volume reduction. Rinse with water only, then blow-dry and flat-iron thin sections 3–5 slow passes.
