Agreed Delivery Method
As most shipping companies have adopted new delivery methods, all packages will now be left near the front door of the house. In apartment buildings, they may be left with the front desk, if available, or simply on the mailroom floor. For USPS, small packages that fit will be placed inside the mailbox. By placing an order with us, you hereby agree to accept deliveries using the methods mentioned above. Consequently, packages with a "DELIVERED" tracking status will be considered delivered, and you shall not dispute their delivery status.
Damages and Issues
Before sending your order, all items are checked at Rafex, and electric tools are tested, then packed carefully to arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds

Undeliverable Orders
Where an order is undeliverable because a customer supplied incorrect or incomplete shipping information, at our discretion we may reship the order without additional charge. If the customer instead requests a refund, any shipping costs already incurred (outbound and return, if any) will be deducted from the refund, which will otherwise be handled under our Refund Policy.
Where an international order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, unpaid import taxes or local fees, or the customer's failure to respond to the courier, at our discretion we may reship the order without additional charge. If the customer instead requests a refund or declines the package, any shipping costs already incurred (outbound and return, if any) will be deducted from the refund, which will otherwise be handled under our Refund Policy.
Professional Purchase Agreement
Rafex Distribution LLC and its affiliates sometimes DBA Rafex Beauty (collectively Rafex) distribute and sell high quality hair care, cosmetics, nail, skin care and other products (the "Salon Products") provided by a variety of manufacturers, many of which have agreements with RAFEX limiting sale of their products to salons and professionals in the cosmetology field. As such, RAFEX Companies requires customers to abide by the terms of this Professional Purchase Agreement ("Agreement").
By purchasing products or maintaining a Rafex account, you agree to these terms. Rafex may update this Agreement, and continued purchases imply acceptance of changes.
Key Terms:
1. Usage of Salon Products: Products must be used at Salon Professional's business for services or sold to legitimate clients for personal use. Sales in bulk, via unauthorized channels (internet, mail order, etc.), or at flea markets are prohibited. Rafex may audit sales records, which must be maintained for two years.
2. Professional Use Only Products: Products labeled "for professional use only" must not be sold under any circumstances but may be used in providing cosmetology services.
3. Product Codes: Salon Professional must not tamper with batch or tracking codes on any products.
4. Violations: In case of a violation, Rafex or the manufacturer may seek an injunction and claim damages, including the retail price of improperly resold products and legal fees.
5. Employee Awareness: Salon Professional must ensure employees comply with this Agreement. Rafex reserves the right to cease providing products at its discretion, including for ordering excessive volumes or diverting products.
6. Third-Party Beneficiaries: Manufacturers of Salon Products are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce compliance. Rafex may share customer details with manufacturers for this purpose.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the Agreement for future purchases at any time. Obligations concerning past purchases will survive. This Agreement is governed by California law.
