1. No Returns & No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchased items, including but not limited to:
Nail polishes, gels, acrylic powders, liquids
Hair care products (shampoos, treatments, styling products, hair color, keratin, etc.)
Cosmetics and skincare items Opened or used beauty tools and accessories Personal care products

Exchanges for Defective Electrical Goods
Certain electrical tools may qualify for exchange if they are defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers must report any defect within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Exchanges will only be accepted after inspection and confirmation by either our customer service team or the manufacturer.
All exchanges must include the original proof of purchase and packaging.
If a customer chooses not to receive a replacement, a return processing fee of 7% of the item’s price will be deducted from the refund.
3. Refund Method
